Reviews and Ratings <br />
I enjoyed my overall stay at the resort, as the ambiance was wonderful and relaxing. The infinity pool was a highlight, but I felt disappointed with the beach and some service issues. The restaurant's food was fair for our Valentine’s celebration, but pre-arranged dinners could use better communication from the staff, especially since they weren’t prepared for our request. I also experienced some accessibility issues with contacting the management, which was frustrating.
Our family weekend at the resort started off nicely, but it quickly turned into a hassle with water issues in the room, making it a stressful experience. The kiddie pool was enjoyable for the kids, and the food quality was decent despite the high prices and annoyance of flies during meals. Overall, some amenities were nice, but the lack of water and communication about issues really impacted our stay.
Our stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and the infinity pool was inviting, but we were disappointed with the beach's condition and some service shortcomings. The management needs to improve their communication, especially about amenities that are not operational. Overall, it was a decent escape from city life, but with several areas needing attention.
This resort seemed promising at first, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The costs were outrageous with numerous hidden fees for bringing food and drinks, and the facilities left a lot to be desired. The location is decent, and the beach is nearby, but I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.
We had a mixed experience at the resort. On the positive side, the accommodations were spacious and cozy, and the pools offered great spots for family fun. However, we faced some challenges during our stay, such as a lack of Wi-Fi and some amenities not meeting our expectations overall. The breakfast options were also a bit underwhelming, especially for the price we paid.
